Median Home Prices In Victory Neighborhood Up Over 250% Since 2012

It is hard to believe, but median home prices in the Victory neighborhood of north Minneapolis in 2012 were only $75,000.  Today the median home price is $265,000.  As you can see from this graph home prices have been climbing in Victory for the last 10 years.  I would say it is probably the nicest neighborhood in north Minneapolis, it is off Victory Memorial Parkway and is home to hundreds of beautiful homes.  If you have never been in the neighborhood go drive around and see if you like the area.  It is one of the best neighborhoods in Minneapolis.
