Over the last 180 days there has been 321 total closed sales in the Lake Nokomis Community.  The median sales price was $350,000 with 3 beds and 2 baths, built in 1931 with 1586 total square feet.  The average  foundation size was 868 sq ft.  Only 2.4% of the market sold for under $200,000. There is less than a one month supply of homes available for sale, which is an all-time low.  So if you can get a great property, in a great location for a fair price I would jump on it.
