Median Price In Northeast Minneapolis $315,000

Only seven years ago the median price for a single family home in Northeast Minneapolis was $206,000. Today it is $315,000.  It is amazing to see how much demand there has been in Northeast Minneapolis.  Only 71 of 516 single family homes have sold under $250,000 in NE Minneapolis over the last 12 months.  And only 30 sold for under $215,000. There is not a lot available under $300,000, let alone under $250,000.   It is hard to believe because we have had low inventory for so long now, but there is still only a one month supply of homes available for sale in Northeast Minneapolis.    With the median being $315,000, if you can find a really nice house under $250,000 in a great location like Waite Park or Audubon Park, I would jump on it.  The areas east of Johnson St NE I have found to be the most popular for families so if you can get a great property on the east side of Johnson that would be a smart move.
