Chanhassen Home Prices Jump 21% As Inventory Vanishes

Home owners in Chanhassen have seen the value of their homes increase on average by over 21% over the last 12 months.  This increase is more than double that of the average in the Twin Cities over the last year.  As you can see from this graph home prices in Chanhassen have gone from a median of $370,000 in May 2020 to over $504,000 today.  

Home inventory has nearly vanished across all markets.
