Southwest Minneapolis Cottage Remodel

This is one of my favorite remodels.  I still own this house.  It is a small rambler in southwest, I did a bunch of cherry cabinets, installed a gas fireplace, installed hardwood floors in the kitchen, opened up the living room and kitchen, built in a number of storage spots. I refinished the hardwood floors, installed new casement windows, did new cabinets and granite in the kitchen.  One of my favorite aspects is the kitchen sink, it is huge and so nice for doing the dishes.  I lived in this house for 6 years and really loved it.  The neighborhood is safe, quiet, close to Minnehaha Creek, Uptown and Lake Harriet.
