Value in the Market
A good indication that you are bringing value to the market is that people are calling you for your services on multiple different projects. But those calls don't just come in by chance. You need to do things to get that phone to ring; you need to gain skills, get your name out there, master a craft, and do it over and over again until you get good enough that people start to recognize your work.
My goal is to become a resource for people - whether that is in real estate, construction, or floor sanding - because ultimately I want to help them achieve what they want to achieve. If I can provide value in multiple areas, and my clients don't have to go to anyone else for their needs, they will know that I can deliver.
The key is to prove it and back it up; it can't just be about talk. My goal is to give incredible service every single day and to continue to gain skills because the more knowledge I have, the better and more valuable I'll be to the market.
