Do you ever go to make yourself lunch, take a good hard look
inside your fridge, and think to yourself, "I have nothing to eat and I
will starve to death if I don't get food"? No? Ok, just me
Whenever I have those moments, I inevitably crave Chinese food. And
unless I want to fork over $10 for Bite Squad delivery (plus a $20 minimum
order), my options are limited to the surrounding 2-3 mile radius around me.
Today, this brought
me to the lunch special at Red Pepper in Richfield. Typically not too
crowded, this spot has tasty food and great service - plus, they offer an $8.50
lunch menu option everyday from 11am-3pm that includes your choice of either
egg drop or hot and sour soup, an appetizer, either white or fried rice, and an
entree of your choice.
Sounds a lot better
than a sad, empty fridge, right?! Takeout for the win.
