Walking To The Coffee Shop From Your New House In West Seventh

One of my favorite things to do when I am looking at houses is to visit local coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, and stores.  The quality of the local small businesses can have a big impact on how people in the community value their neighborhood.  I stopped by Claddagh Coffee last week and met the owner Mary.  She was very nice and let us shoot this video in her shop, the coffee was great and I really liked the vibe.  Stop by Claddagh for a coffee next time you are in the area and share this video.
