Remodeled 3 Bed 2 Bathroom Townhouse In South Minneapolis Only $179,000

I am so excited to bring this townhouse to the market.  Honestly, it is one of my favorite properties for the price in Minneapolis.  If some of you have been following me for a while you know that I bought this townhouse in the spring as a foreclosure.  It was in horrible condition so we made a lot of changes that really added value to the property.  We opened up the kitchen and put in beautiful custom cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, a extra deep kitchen sink, really nice stainless stain appliances, gas stove, recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting and installed hardwood floors.  The main level and upper level bathroom has marble flooring, granite tops, new energy saver toilet and new window, lighting, trim, door, paint and mirror.  We put in a custom entry closet and a bench seat that has been professionally enameled and painted.  The main level and the upper level has all new red oak hardwood flooring which is absolutely gorgeous.  The great thing about hardwood floors is they will last 100 years.

All the bedrooms have new trim, doors, hardware, enamel and paint.  All the ceilings have been knocked down and sprayed, it really feels like a $400,000 house in there.  The basement is finished, we installed a nice Pergo gray flooring that makes the basement feel very updated and comfortable to hang out in.  The furnace is new, washer and dryer are new, and there are new glass block windows in the basement.  I honestly think you could go through every single house in Minneapolis, Richfield, Bloomington, Crystal, St Paul, Columbia Heights, basically any first ring suburbs or St Paul and will not find a house with as much square feet, bedrooms, main level bathroom, and as many new updates as this home for under $200,000.

Lastly, the location is definitely nice for south Minneapolis.   The property is in the Hale school district, which is ranked as one of the best in Minneapolis and the Seward Co-Op down the street is totally changing the whole community.  I have been there over 20 times in the last 3 months and just over the last 3 months the store has raised $70,000 for local charities in Minneapolis.  All that money has been raised by people who go to the store, spend money, and then round up to the nearest dollar for their purchase.  The amount they round up goes to the charities.  So I see this area doing very well long term.

If you are interested in setting up a showing email me.  Have a great day!
