When it comes to townhouses in Minneapolis there really isnt a lot of options. We just finished remodeling this 3 bed, 2 bath, 1500 square foot townhouse in the Regina neighborhood in Lake Community in south Minneapolis. Honestly, it is my favorite house that will be available right now because it is 100% remodeled with high quality material and its only $189,000. The townhouse association just re paved the driveway so it is nice and smooth and looks good outside.
