I have been in this house three times now and every time I go through it I like it more.  I like it for a few reasons.  First, it is in good condition.  The basement is solid, it has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main level, lots of natural south side lighting, and the kitchen isn't too small.  These older small houses typically  have very small kitchens, But this one is nice and open. Also, the home sits on a really nice lot.  Its bigger and deeper then average and the yard is perfect if you have a dog or kids that want to play.  Plus there is a driveway that comes off the front street so its easy to pull in when you get home from the grocery store or work.   Lastly, it has a kick ass upper level master suite with a full bathroom and sky light windows.  This 3 bed, 2 bathroom home is going to be listed at $164,900 and honestly I can say I don't think there will be a better value on the market in St Paul or Minneapolis.  Its coming on the market in about 45 days so if you are still looking or just started definitely hit me up about this place.
