Why Powderhorn Park Condos Are Going To Explode With Demand
One of the best parts about my job is I literally get to drive around the city of Minneapolis everyday and find the best homes and the pieces of land for sale. If I had a billion dollars I would have bought so many pieces of land and property around the city. Maybe someday I will just start buying all the good ones I see, but for now I pass on 99.9% of them and let my clients get them. I feel like I have a responsibility to learn Minneapolis better then anybody so I can provide the most value possible. I never want to waste anyones time so the best way for me to provide value is to be a practitioner of my craft and work to master it everyday.
On Sunday I stopped by a condo unit for at 1216 Powderhorn Terrence. Honestly, this is now one of my favorite spots in south Minneapolis. The views from the south side condo units of Powderhorn Park are one of a kind. I have been in every single condo building in Minneapolis and this is the only one in the Nokomis or Powderhorn community that has lake views and is directly across the street from a park. The best units to own in these buildings are going to be the units that face south that have balconies. There are 9 of these units in each building and there are 3 buildings, so really there are only 18 units in all of south Minneapolis that have this view and a balcony over looking Powderhorn Park. I think demand for this area is going to explode because south Minneapolis continues to be more popular around Minnesota and the United States. More and more popular people are going to want to be around Powderhorn Lake, Lake Nokomis, Lake Hiawatha, and Diamond Lake. There is only so much land around those lakes. Price is a reflection of scarcity and these spots are very scarce.
