How To Protect Your Investment When You Buy A Property To Flip

Flipping isn't easy.  So many things can go wrong.  The key to making sure you don't lose your money when buying a flip is to do your due diligence.  This property had an issue with the sewer line.  I wasn't sure if there was a minor problem or a major problem. So I called in the sewer cleaners to get a video of the pipe coming from the street to see if there were any issues that could be expensive.  Turns out that the pipe is in pretty good shape, but there is a blockage.  So what I need to do next is clean the pipe out and hopefully that will be all the work that is needed. Be prepared when you buy your home, get an inspection.
