Everyday we face adversity.  Its nice to come home to a place you can feel good about.  I like this small house because it is a simple place to live, cheap for the area, and it is on a beautiful piece of land.  Small one bedroom homes get over looked a lot because most people want a bigger house.  But if you are willing to sacrifice a little bit and live below your means you will have more fun because you have more money.  More money for buying more properties so you can go on more vacations.
