Where To Find New Construction Homes In South Minneapolis Under $400,000

May 9, 2016

I saw the house that was on this lot before they torn it down. It was horrible, it was in very bad shape. It needed $60,000 worth of work and at that point it would only be worth the cost of the property and the total cost of the remodel. So there wasn't really any incentive to remodel it. So these guys bought it for 67k, probably put in $250,000 and now are going to sell this beautiful new home for $400,000. This is good, I like it. It makes the neighborhood better, brings more people to Northrop, and I think it will bring up home values on that block. Don't underestimate small homes, they do just as well as the bigger houses and in fact can do better because they are cheaper. Hit me up if you need anything.
