Beset Condos In South Minneapolis Under $130,000

Cheap condos in Minneapolis are very difficult to find.  Most are in horrible condition and the associations are poorly managed.  Or the association fees are very high.  But this one I actually like a lot.  Its on 2850 Cedar Ave S, one bed, balcony, right off the green way and blocks away from the light rail.  As a bonus it comes with a one car parking spot.  Hit me up if you are interested.
