4337 3rd Ave S Remodel Project South Minneapolis

This has been a really fun project so far. I used to do a lot of remodeling when the market crashed. Foreclosures were a dime a dozen and you could pick one up anywhere you wanted. Looking back I wish I would have bought 100 of them. The prices in 2011 pale in comparison to what homes are worth now in Minneapolis. This foreclosure came up and I bought it. We are opening up the kitchen, installing hardwood floors, marble flooring in the bathroom, solid core doors through out the house, custom cherry cabinets in the kitchen and real granite. I even put hardwood floors in all three bedrooms upstairs. I used to sand and refinish hardwood floors for 8 years so I couldn't put carpet in there. Please come check it out if you are looking in south Minneapolis, I honestly think this is going to be the best house on the market for under $200,000.
