Remodeled Homes In North Minneapolis

I like to see homes get remodeled on the upper half-story level.  It adds equity, makes the upper space 10x more usable, and is cheaper than moving or building a new house.  I would bet that 50% of the homes in Minneapolis have 1/2 stories, and 3/4 of those could use bump-outs.  My estimate is that a remodel like this would cost $10,000-$30,000,  depending on who you use to remodel it and what type of construction you do on the property.
