1930s Sears Modern Home Replica New Construction Coming To The Market Soon

I am super pumped about this.  I am going to build a replica of the old 1930s Sears Roebuck homes.  Most of the single family homes in Minneapolis that are under 1500 square feet are Sear homes or very similar to them in design.  Sears would mail out the material and supplies to the purchasers lot and the buyers would put them together  Sears sold over 100,000 of them between 1900-1940.  These are great designs, some of them just need to be modified and opened up to todays standards.  Here is one that I am working on now.  I am hoping to keep the price down as much as possible, but keep quality materials.  I will give you an update when I have something put together.
