Where Is Phelps Park In Powderhorn Community In Minneapolis

Phelps Park is super bad ass. It is between Park and Chicago just south of 38th street in Powderhorn community in south Minneapolis. I like it because it is about 50 feet below the street level. It makes for a cool view when you are checking it out from the streets and it is a cool view when you are on the baseball fields playing ball. It is basically on the boarder of the Byrant and Bancroft neighborhoods and very convenient to get to from 35W or any other part of Nokomis or Powderhorn.
