I love Morris Park for a few reasons.  First, there isn't a lot of airplane noise, which is hard to come by in Nokomis.  Second, there are a lot of homes with MAC updates, so the windows are typically pretty nice and upgraded.  Third, the crime rate is very low, one of the lowest in Minneapolis in out of all 87 neighborhoods.  Lastly, the median values are low, so its affordable for first time home buyers.  Call me if you are interested in learning more about Morris Park or any other neighborhoods in south Minneapolis.  Thank you!
